"What the fuck are you doing?" She yelled over the fence, fully enraged.

"Mind your own fucking business!" He yelled back.

"Not when there's a living thing involved!!" She shouted over her shoulder as she ran inside to call animal control.

After the police visited his house and confiscated his dogs, they came to Cosmo's parents house to take her report. They also told her that they took the sheep dog and a jack russel terrier from the bastard, both of which had beed abused so badly they were near death. Malnourished and beaten.

This is the same mother fucker who Cosmo's parents made Cosmo go apologize to when they caught her and her sister having fun pelting his shed with oranges from the tree in the back yard.

Well...the dogs have been taken away and will be going to a safe home. I think it's time for a little retribution. Nothing major, though I'd like nothing more than to take a baseball bat to this mother fucker's knee caps and then pull his toenails off, one by one with needle nosed pliers as I tell him to yelp and whine just like he made his dog cry. Unfortunately, while I have sufficiant bloodlust and could stomach such violence, there's the whole "I really don't think he's worth going to jail over."

But I could take a page from the shock-and-naseua campaigns of anti-abortionists and find pictures of badly abused dogs, stick them to fliers with the text informing the rest of his block that their neighbor does that to animals. Get a copy of the police report and post the details on www.pet-abuse.com. Really, though he deserves much worse, aside from making people aware that this man abuses animals, there's not much more I can do.

So...now I'm going to try and play GTA:VC before I have to go eat.
