You know when you're watching a movie and the guy onscreen gets kicked in the nuts? You know how you hear this audible groan of sympathy from all the guys and some of the girls in the audience? You know how the guys you're sitting near kind of press their legs together or move their hand instinctively over their crotch in a protective gesture?

I feel the exact same way when I'm working an account and have to type something like:

RIGHT BLOODY NIPPLE DISCHARGE.
